GITE The Gite shares a common entrance with Les Tilleuls, but on the first floor has it's own private front door. This leads into a newly renovated modern and well equipped open-plan kitchen with electric hob & oven , dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ample cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc., in fact everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
Beyond the kitchen is the lounge/dining room in which there is a settee, three armchairs, coffee table, satellite colour TV, video, dining table and chairs.
At one end of the room there are two large windows looking out onto the village green and at the other, French doors lead onto the private south facing terrace which overlooks the garden at the back of the house. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a large window overlooking the village green. This room has ample hanging space, a chest of drawers, wicker chair and bedside tables.
Double Bed in bedroom off the Kitchen The shower room with toilet and vanity unit is located on this floor . On the private south facing terrace you will find everything you need for alfresco dining including a barbeque, and table and chairs. Looking out from there you have fine views of the Cote de Nuits and the surrounding countryside. In the garden below. there are swings and a slide which young children are welcome to use.
On
the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms with exposed oak beams and Velux
windows from which you have views of the famous vineyards of the Cote d'Or.
[ Room with Double Bed ] One room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside cabinets. The other is a twin bedded room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
[ Room with 2 Single Beds ] There is electric central heating throughout the Gite and all windows are double glazed. All linen and bedding is provided. A baby bed and high chair are available.
